PASSENGER CAR
Locate four mounting holes in dash or right-hand engine side of dash and drill holes as shown in figure 10. Install overflow condens­er unit with pipes at bottom, using screws furnished.

Locate four mounting holes on right-hand engine side of dash and drill holes as shown in Figure 13. Install overflow condenser unit with pipes at bottom, using screws fur­nished.

Connect twenty inch length of small diam­eter overflow hose to center pipe on bottom of condenser unit.
Cut radiator overflow pipe as shown in fig­ure 11 and connect six foot length of large diameter hose to radiator overflow pipe. Pass hose around battery, then between air duct and skirt and attach to remaining pipe on bottom of condenser unit as shown in figure 10.

2.    Connect twenty inch length of small diam­eter hose to center pipe on condenser unit.
3.    Attach six foot length of large diameter hose to bottom of radiator overflow pipe being sure pipe is round. Lay hose on lower edge of side member and attach to remaining pipe on condenser unit.
NOTE: Be sure that radiator cap and all other cooling system connections are tight. BE SURE THAT HOSE IS NOT KINKED.

4. If radiator pressure cap is used remove and insert upper gasket in cap as shown in figure 12.
Approximate Flat Rate Time .2 of an hour.
