IMPORTANT; Clean, bright grounds help to make the heater more efficient and increases the R.P.M.'s of the blower, resulting in more heat.
1. Core and case assembly; remove the rear portion of right-hand air duct. Remove screw from top of air valve and add rubber band seal to valve housing to cover the screw hole. See view "L." Replace the re­moved portion of the air duct on the right fender skirt with the heater and core case assembly. The upper adjustable bracket and attaching parts must be assembled loosely to the core case. At the front, just to the rear of the battery, use the screws which held the duct. See view at "B." Gasoline Tank Filler Door Fender Guard
on All Model Passenger Cars.
1.    Remove two screws and rubber bumpers and discard the screws.
2.    Attach guard and rubber bumpers using the screws furnished.
Approximate Flat Rate Time .1 of an hour.
