Following up on a lead from Connie, Vic tracks down the missing hooker's pimp, only to find that he hasn't seen her for days. And after Dutch and Claudette learn that the child of one of the dead women is missing, too, and may have been kidnapped, a record of arrests for soliciting prostitutes leads them to suspect the little boy's father, firefighter Mike Holden, is the killer.
